From a personal training background, Tracey offers a strong, dynamic class. She understands the body and how to get the best from it. She brings strength of mind and body to her class and takes no prisoners! When shes not teaching at TPR, she juggles teaching pilates in London with looking after her 2 young boys.

Kate Ball

Strength Trainer

Kate is a massive fitness enthusiast who has spent many hours in the gym focusing on circuit training. She has taken part in endurance running, studied yoga & pilates and in recent years has trained in Muay Thai, a martial art often called Thai boxing.   In her sessions you will work on strengthening mind and body.

A very experienced teacher, Hannah was classically trained in 2009 and a class act! Hannah connects your body to mind with powerful inspirational routines, never the same twice. Her classes are fresh, upbeat and effective! When shes not teaching, she cares for her kids with a little interior decorating thrown in!

With 10 years training and experience in the business world and over 10 years training and experience in the fitness world, Sara is well placed to run The Pilates Rooms. “I work hard to give you a nice studio with experienced teachers, small classes and effective workouts” Sara juggles caring for 3 children with running the business.z

Indoor cycling really took Susan’s fitness to a new level, she enjoyed it so much that it inspired her to become an instructor. Susan has a thirteen-year-old daughter and believes in being a positive role model by exercising. Susan works full time for a global technology corporation and enjoys the escape of teaching Indoor Cycling to reduce stress and meeting new people.

Liz Anderson

My pilates journey started in South Africa in 2011 and it took me many years to really appreciate it’s full holistic influence on the body. I currently teach private 121 sessions tailored to the individual’s needs and goals. Pilates perfectly compliments all ages and fitness levels’ Liz is a very experienced and knowledgeable teacher who offers amazing 121 classes. She expertly pinpoints your weaknesses and strengths and can tailor very effective and enjoyable sessions.


Cycle Instructor

I have always had a passion for sport and pushing myself to achieve. I played Field Hockey in the Premier Division and represented the South East in multiple events and competitions so turning to Performance cycling after taking a break from the astro was a great fit. My classes are aimed at pushing you out of your comfort zone and seeing what you can really do!
